Celia de Flers was born and raised in Paris where she began her career in the world of haute couture, promoting such lines as Lolita Lempicka, Thierry Mugler and Azzedine Alaia. Her love of mixture of many cultures eventually led her to New York and Los Angeles (with frequent excursions to Asia and Indonesia).

With her background in fashion, she began to design jewelry and accessories. Gems, metals, colors, patterns and numbers are all rooted in meaning and Celia chooses with those considerations with an eye to their aesthetic value. Her logo, which is a Cathar cross, symbolizes the balance and harmony between masculine and feminine. This is something one will find in many of her pieces which may be worn by men and women equally. Of course, there are some pieces which are created specifically with someone in mind.

As some of her many design accomplishments, Celia has made jewelry for Lolita Davidovich in the film "Hollywood Homicide". She has also designed beautiful custom made jewelry in semi-precious stones and a unique pearl necklace for Julie Richmond, wife of Los Angeles Laker player Mitch Richmond. For “Pirates of the Carribean 2”, Celia specially designed the feathered voodoo stick that was held by Capt. Jack Sparrow.

Celia created several pieces for Johnny Depp including a dazzling cat chain in vermeil (which he wore to both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards) and a talisman key ring that was also given by Johnny as a gift to Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones. In addition, she designed a 18th century ring for Johnny's character in the film, "The Libertine".

For Hunter S Thompson's funeral, she made after his logo, a Gonzo pendant.

She was also asked to design a set of 3 key chains as the "Tenacious D" wrap party gift for Jack Black, Kyle Gass, and Liam Lynch.

Most recently, she was asked to create a cat chain for legendary Los Angeles musician Chuck E. Weiss.

Celia's vision artfully blends the language of symbols with stones, history and beauty through her lines of jewelry and accessories.
